Improvement your home Stucco Installation
Stucco installation can be a daunting task for even the most experienced home owner. The problem with stucco is that it is just not easy to install. It’s a very labor intensive process in which you must often put the wetsuit on, mix up concrete and spread it on the wall by hand. Then you have to wait for it to dry before putting more coats of stucco on top of the previous layer. This process is time consuming and requires experience but in order to make your home more beautiful, stucco installation may be essential.
Stucco installation is similar to applying plaster over lathe and plaster, although stucco uses a suspended lath instead of a wood lath. This type of lath allows gaps between the stucco and underlying support.

The suspended lath is attached using metal staples or pins rather than nails. Using stucco over foam insulation not only gives you a great insulated wall, but increases your R value as well! Stucco is also naturally fire resistant which makes it especially useful for outside walls where it can slow down fire long enough for help to arrive.
